Free Loan Modification Week Begins April 6
RealtyRight.com Provides Help for up to 2500 Distressed Homeowners.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 6, 2009 — Realty Right, a Chicago-based firm specializing in short sales and foreclosures since 2000 is launching a nationwide program to help American homeowners in distress deal with their personal financial crisis by offering free loan modification services for up to 2500 who register between 12:01 AM on Monday April 6 and 12 Midnight on Sunday April 12.
Realty Right president and founder Wayne Taylor considers the offer not only the right thing to do but the sensible thing to do as well, "Many homeowners need qualified, professional, help in order to modify the terms of their loans but they can’t afford to pay for it. If they could afford this kind of help then they probably could afford to make their mortgage payment. It’s a classic catch-22 situation."
The new RealtyRight.com program is a one-stop web based service center for homeowners and others who are affected by the current housing situation. Having been in the real estate business himself since 1985 Taylor concedes he’s never seen anything like the current situation and anticipates it will change the way real estate is marketed and managed in the future.
"Somehow we’re going to have to find ways to bring sellers, buyers, realtors, lenders, investors and all those involved in the real estate process together. One of the big reasons we’re in this situation is because of the distance and anonymity between those who hold the paper and those who live in the home."
Up to 2500 homeowners who register on the company website, RealtyRight.com, by midnight April 12 will be eligible for the free service. Final determination of which and how many homeowners will be provided the free loan modification service will be made by Realty Right and the homeowner based on need, urgency and ability to serve. Interested parties should visit the website for terms and conditions.
