Information is the key to selling your home - you need the right information, you need to be prepared, and you need to leverage some experience like Fizber has to offer.

Preparation + Experience = Success!

I would highly recommend getting some free content and advice before launching your marketing efforts as a FSBO. Sites like How To FSBO will give you some good ideas before you go out and do it yourself! This will also provide as a great supplement to using a system like Fizber.

I agree with the above comment, it really depends on who is weilding the information. Realtors have their place and always will, so will FSBO's. What FSBO will help do in the long run (hopefully) is weed out the bad realtors.
