In my previous post I’ve mentioned one of the most important pieces of advice on how to buy a perfect house. The advice was “Negotiate!” And yes, the art of negotiation will serve you the best helper in whatever you do: buying a house or selling it. Recognizing that being a good negotiator does not come naturally to most people – it must be worked at – is the first step in becoming one. And, moreover, you must always remember that your opponent can turn out to be a better negotiator.
