We can't agree or stress enough the value of Professional Home Staging! Here's a wonderful analogy that I like to use when there is a question about having a home professionally staged.....Here's a good question, "If there are 10 brands of cookies in a grocery store, all about the same price, most in brown paper bags, some dented, different varieties, and one or two squeaky clean, great pictures of the ingredients on the front, bright attractive packaging", which would I buy? Our statistics prove over and over that the investment in Staging ANY home, regardless of price, will make that home more attractive, appear well taken care of, market the property appropriately and sell faster, and the gift is MORE EQUITY from your investment to move into your new home!
