In educating sellers and Realtors, I make a clear distinction that PROFESSIONAL staging is the "packaging" of the product. I can chuckle and shake my head at comments from Realtors that are "staging" the sellers house with plants and nice towels or the builder who looks at photos on line and decides to "stage" the house himself. Done right, REAL staging does sell homes! The furniture or floral arrangements are simply the props. It's the direction and production of the staging that makes the house a hit with buyers!
