FSBO website first to utilize three-dimensional Web 2.0 technology to enhance home listings.

Miami Beach, FL (PRWEB) November 9, 2007 — Fizber.com, a for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) website, announces the launch of three-dimensional floor plans and walk-throughs as additional marketing tools for sellers with home listings on their website. Fizber.com has recently partnered with Metropix.co.uk, a leading supplier of floor plans to the real estate industry, and is now the first FSBO website to offer 3D services to their customers.

With the assistance of a “drag and drop” system, sellers easily construct a classic floor plan that can then be transformed into a 3D floor plan of the property. With another click of the mouse, a realistic 3D walk-through is created using high quality computer generated videos, simulating what the buyer would experience if they were actually walking through the house (watch a live demo).

With these 3D marketing tools, sellers can be confident that buyers who come to the house are serious; by the time the buyer drives to the property, they will have already “virtually” seen it.
